Update Dec. '21: New, more detailed model.

This is based on a model that was sold at this "t's A Wrap! sale and auction"". The text at the page reads:
"BRONZED STARSHIP MODEL
This starship model was designed for use as set dressing for either Star Trek: The Next Generation or Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Its planned use was as set dressing for a captain's ready room or crew quarters and is of an as yet unnamed ship class. The item is built from a Starship Reliant model kit with added post Star Trek: The Motion Picture style warp nacelles that easily could have come from any USS Enterprise-A model kit. It is painted bronze and features no name or registry number. It was intended for use, but never seen in any Star Trek episode. Measures approx. 20 x 10 1/2 x 5 inches."

Interestingly, the model featured a reversed roll bar like the USS Trial on memory-alpha. Maybe, the filming model of the Trial was later changed to this? Also, the fins at the end of the nacelles are facing inward, unlike the ones on a regular Miranda or Constitution Class. Perhaps the two ships are actually the same "in-verse". The USS Trial was designated a test bed for new technologies and upgrades from the beginning (hence the name ;-)) . At some point the ship was used to test a quad arrangement of warp nacelles like it was planned for the upcoming Constellation Class. Two additional nacelles were fixed on the phasers at the roll bar and feed through their power conduits. The rest of the roll bar was deemed necessary for stability during warp, but the weapons/sensor pod at its original place interfered with the warp field. The simple solution was to turn the whole thing by 180°, thus shifting the pod outside the field, while keeping the stability of the roll bar intact. Some time later the second pair of nacelles were removed, but the roll bar was kept in its new position. Maybe the ship was then mothballed for some time until it was reactivated after Wolf 359 to replace a destroyed ship and quickly bolster the decimated fleet. Or something like this...

The size of the main hull is the same as the Reliant Type. Note, Eaglemoss lists the Reliant Type (Regular and XXL version)with a length of 233m, whereas all the other variants (Saratoga, Lantree etc.), that should have the exact same length are said to be 243m. The latter makes much more sense, as this makes the shared components about the same size as on the TMP Constitution.
