This is the Vahklas from "Star Trek: Enterprise". Although T'Pol states in the episode "Fusion" that this kind of ship wasn't used by the Vulcans for a long time, it also showed up in the later episodes "Storm Front, Part II" and "Kir'Shara" among other Vulcan vessels.
