Sherman Bogie Drilling Jig

This is a 1/35 scale drilling jig for the VVSS bogie assemblies on the Sherman M4 series of tanks. The casting for the bogies were not “handed” it was only after the return roller bracket was added that made the unit into a right or left hand VVSS. With this jig you can drill out the unused holes on the front of the unit consistently as well as the grub screws above the volute springs underneath the skid. This jig is designed for the Asuka/Tasca bogies and using a #76 drill bit (Tasca uses a separate skid) but might be adapted for use with other kit manufactures with some basic modeling skills.
