This is the Federation Class from the Star Trek: Star Fleet Technical Manual by Franz Joseph (real name Franz Josef Schnaubelt). The top center nacelle does have the grill and the "bail" only on the left side. This is true to the depiction in the book. If you look closely on the top view, you can see that the "bail" is only sticking out on the left. You can find a scan of the particular page from the book here at ex-astris-scientia.org.
