Gift Capsule Mid Split

Gift Capsule Mid Split is functionally a 2x2x2 Rubik's Cube. Its design was requested by Jet Xie. The original Gift Capsule was a bandaged puzzle, and only one segment could be taken out. Jet Xie wanted to see a puzzle where one side could be removed, similar to the 3x3x3 Treasure Chest. The solution was to add many tiny pieces inside the puzzle. This makes the puzzle function as requested, but unfortunately the turning is rather awkward.
