This 4 piece set contains upper and lower wing frameworks for Flugzeugwerke's 1:32 Fokker D.III early (M19F) kit. If you wish to build the late version M19K with ailerons, use this wing set instead. Note that this set is available in both types of frosted detail plastic -- Ultra and Extreme.

FUD or FXD -- How to choose?

If you intend to cover the wings with tissue paper, the choice is easy -- the less expensive FUD will be fine. If you intend to leave the framework exposed, the more expensive FXD has slightly better detail resolution; whether it is worth the expense is a matter for you to decide.

Note:

The wings may arrive with a slight warp. This can be corrected by holding the part under hot water and gently bending it into the correct position. It should hold the correct shape when cooled. Easy does it.
