This N scale model represents a CPR 800 series commuter coach, as built by CC&F in the early 1950's and ran until the mid 2000's. Many are still in operation across North America in tourist train service today. It is highly recommended to purchase FXD material over FUD, for superior print quality. To complete the model you will need the base frame (printed seperately in another material to reduce costs), 1015 MTL couplers, a pair of trucks (Fox Valley Models passenger trucks in Black, with brake cylinders and generator clipped off appears to be closest commercialy available truck), some thin wire to form grab irons, paint and decals.
Pilot holes are provided to locate grab irons. Paint car sides in CPR tuscan, roof and frame in black and finish with Black Cat CPR numbered passenger car decals in deluxe gold. For later era, paint in faux aluminum, with Tuscan or action red stripe as appropriate. AMT livery was two tone blue with white striping, later grey with two tone blue and white striping.
