1/200 Chasseur C-13 Wendigo (x2)

The Wendigo was designed as a medium/high altitude air superiority fighter for the (fictional) Republic of Quebec to be operated from zepellin mother ships. Due to the weak Quebec economy most sales were to Francophone air militias across the Americas rather than to the Republic's own armed forces.

Much derired by critics for its unconventional 'bicycle' undercarriage the aircraft is much appreciated by those pilots lucky enough to fly it for its excellent visibility, concentrated heavy firepower and rapid manouvering (from the mid engine).

This model was inspired by a brief post from user captnmartin on the Montana Raiders forum.

The spherical recess underneath the model is for mounting it on a 4.5mm BB.
