Lockheed PV-2 Harpoon 6mm 1/285

The only model of the Lockheed PV-2 Harpoon in 6 mm scale. The Harpoon was a major redesign of the earlier PV-1 Ventura (also available). The wings were lengthened to reduce takeoff distance and increase payload by up to 30 percent. Unfortunately, top speed was significantly reduced. Main armament was standardized on forward-firing machine guns. Almost 500 were built. Some served with foreign operators, including Italy and Japan.
