This two-sided ring is inspired by the contrast between the long, bright summer days and the dark winters of arctic Canada. The ‘summer’ side of the ring is open allowing the wearer’s finger to be exposed to light. The opposite side features a small opening representing the limited amount of light exposure during the winter months.
