PRR Plan 57984-B TOOL SHED Kit in N Scale

This kit is designed to allow flat surface sanding of its parts prior to assembly to smooth out surface imperfections that may be present in any of the parts.  The design also permits fine execution of trim boards at prototypical thickness after assembly.See attached assembly instructions and PRR color guide for this model. Some cleaning of artifacts along mating surfaces may be necessary to improve the fit of some parts.

For your layout the Tool Shed's  approximate footprint is 1.70" long X 1.41" wide and is 1.15" high.
