MiFi Case for Netgear Zing Hotspot

Surveying rod holder for a Netgear Zing Hotspot. It is designed to use a ball Bungee to attach to the rod.  This is part fo a two part system and this part needs the sliding door to complete the box.

There will be (are) several antenna systems to be used with this base box.  The 2.5dbi omni directional light weight antenna is here. 

The Zing has two antenna ports and they are both the extremely small TS9 fitting.  For mine I upgraded the antenna connections to SMA and used these Cable SMA female bulkhead to TS9 male right angle gold RG174 Jumper pigtail 6" to get out of the box assembly.  I also used a Waterproof USB Micro-B to Micro-B Cable to get the charging port for the Hotspot out of the box assembly.  The proper holes for these are printed into the box back.

They can be dyed as they are printed, however, these are printed with a laser sintered plastic and should be sealed after dying for best longevity. They should also be sealed prior to painting. Basically they are porous by nature. I use Future floor shine by Pledge, however, any sealer for plastic will work. If you order a colored print it will be dyed, that is just the way they are
