Turnout frog

The most difficult part in hand laying a turnout is to create the frog and the rails near the frog. This part has the frog and the rails close to the frog.

The frog is made for a #8 turnout and code 83 rails. Code 83 means that the rail is 83/1000 inches high.

Please note that this project is experimental. I'm a newbe in creating turnouts.

Important note:

Due to limitations of the production process, I have not been able to have a sharp edge on the frog. You need to rasp the frog to ensure that the frog has a sharp edge. But I don't thick that is a big problem. But you would need a needle file to be able to do it properly.
