This is a deep zoom detail of a 3D fractal hybrid, a mix between the fantastic Amazing Box (a box folded in the 4th dimension) and a Kaleidoscopic Iterated Function System.
This deep zoom detail is the most interesting combination of geometric and organic shapes I have found in this kind of hybrid, I am blown away by the beauty of it 3D printed. Every angle you watch it in presents new shapes.
The strange "spokes" on the back side gives interesting moiré effects and the "bowl" on the front (which is fractally repeated into a spiral on each side) can be used to contain your favourite gems, rings, jewels or some other of my smaller 3D printed fractals.
Expensive but worth the money - a unique sculpture by Fractal Mathematics, the Ornamentalist and me.
