Design study for a high speed fighter from 1941 to be powered by a pair of the (then) new Rolls Royce Gryphon engines. It was to have been built large of wood, like the Mosquito, but never left the drawing board.
Looking at the model I can't help thinking that the designer was seeing what he could get away with. The aircraft might have made a good air racer or fast courier but the pilots view would have been too restricted to make a good fighter.
The spherical recess underneath the model is for mounting it on a 6mm BB.
