Proto-Halo Gravity Wrench Tip

This is part of a weapon from an old video showing what Halo was before it finally became what we now know as Halo: Combat Evolved. By all accounts, this weapon was called the Gravity Wrench. Though little information exists about it (it's present for a few seconds in the video), I decided to model it in approximately the same scale as McFarlane's Halo Reach action figures. It might also fit the Halo 3 figures. To assemble the full weapon, you'll need the following: 2x Gravity Wrench Tip 1x Gravity Wrench Body As you might notice in the pictures, the original idea of just bending the sides of the tip hinge over the body's pegs didn't really work. The easiest fix is to take a pair of nail clipper and cut off a little material from that hinge. Then, it pops right on. To match the color as closely as possible to the screenshots of the video, I painted the parts with a mixture of copper and yellow, creating a yellowish, mustard-y color. Then, I put a silver wash over the top. Best of luck and enjoy!
